Ibercaja needs to give diffusion to the Erunner event by means of a video that presents and explains of what the Virtual Race consists that they have developed from the Creative Study Imascono.
A race, in which it is tried to enjoy by means of a game of virtual reality for all type of people.
The space Xplora de Ibercaja is pioneering in Saragossa in the field of testing digital.
In order to be able to explain speechless in what testing consists the event and thus to animate to other people to prove it, we decided that this would be the best audio-visual proposal for the diffusion not only of the event but of the room in which it was possible to be continued proving this creation:
Design and running of the video promotional event

From the outside to the interior we realised live running initiating the video with the entrance of the participants to the Xplora space. Later we recorded its preparation before initiating the game and soon we rolled live while the different participants realised the race with the virtual glasses. The final public and prizes did of the event a very funny day of recording.

In the study we published the video mixing it with images of the real game so that in the course of the video the spectator saw just like they were seeing the participants of the game, causing the desire prove it.

Finally we chose the music that would accompany all the agreed video to the diversion and speed by the own game.
A promotional video with live running in which it is tried to present an event to which a diverse and peculiar public can go. The video is destined to spread to a digital work of testing and usability.
