We are open seven days a week year round. We open at 9:30 EST.

I prefer not to order online. Do you take phone orders?

Our website is completely secure, you need have no worries on that subject. Also, we NEVER sell, share, lend, or give away ANY information about any customer, EVER.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

Most packages go out by Post Office at this time.

How fast do you ship?

We ship very fast. Almost all orders go out the same or next business day. After that, shipping time depends on where you live. We are in Stockbridge, Massachusetts; the closer you are to us, the quicker the package will arrive.

I don't see exactly what I'm looking for on your website. Do you have more Rockwell items than those shown?

Yes we do. For example, we have over 200 different Rockwell figurines, and 450 different plates. We don't put many of the old items on the web because we have only one or two pieces in stock of each. If you are looking for something you do not see on our site, please call us toll free at 877-625-9355. We might just have it.

Question: Your shipping sometimes turns out to be cheaper than the online order form suggests. Why?

Answer: We always work to get you the best quality and cheapest shipping available. Sometimes an item can be delivered very easily through U.S. Mail, so we ship it through the mail and save you money. Other times we pack multiple items in a box.
